I haven't updated because this effing floor plan is taking the fun out of going online and ranting about crushes and what-nots @_@;

anyway...for the past couple of days...I've been scouting for carpet swatches including wallpapers and upholstery @_@;

last thursday, the instructions were really unclear to me so I got a 89 for my report and 85 for the swatches I "brought" XP

I guess there's a benefit to have relatives who are artistically inclined and have resources that could help you out sometimes.

things are different for me though...there's no one i could turn to...because I'm raised in a family filled with doctors.

don't get me wrong. this isn't a bad thing.

I enjoy knowing stuff that people wouldn't get...like the fact that when you get nosebleed...forcing the blood out or bending backwards to keep the blood from flowing out IS a bad thing...

for one thing, you might choke on your own blood (this is totally EW) and then you can pass out because you've lost even more blood...

why am I sharing this?

it's because one VPT day when pointalism stipling got too much to handle, I nose bled and several igorant people told me what to do >_<;

I should be used to it by now...I nose bleed more than once every year -___-;

anyway, I'm getting off topic...the topic is that sometimes having relatives with art materials really is useful...

and jen, my friend who went to Buddhacare (eh?) and whose father is an engineer, got both 100 for her report and swatches...

I'm happy for her...really I am...I just wished at that one moment, I could somehow...have someone relate to me in my immediate family...

there was this one time during dinner...my mom went:

"ah, natamaan kasi ng tubig yung interior shin ko"

and my older sister counters this with a:

"ma, may posterior shin ba?"

natawa naman si dad tapos they start talking medical terms...I stood up to be excused and dad goes:

"haha! hindi makaintindi si ches! art kasi course niya eh!"

then there was this time when oneesan and I were inside dad's office, I brought out my HWA project and started drawing my atlantes column while oneesan brought out her Anatomy book...

dad: o, anak, magbasa-basa ka lang diyan...advance study ka ha?
oneesan: opo, dad
dad turns to me
dad: o, ches...
pause
mag-drawing ka lang diyan!

it's not that I'm being ultra sensitive about this...but, it irks me that my whole family thinks that my course is super easy...or that OTHER people think so...

I mentioned to dad that my finals were going to be on October 10-15 and then I mentioned na for VPT we'd probably draw the arch of the century...

napa-sigh naman ako then dad said:

"kung drawing yun exam ko, pasado na ako niyan!"

medyo lang...masakit since I feel as if I'm not doing that well especially since I got an 89 in my VPT prelims :( so para bang nabugbog yung self-esteem ko ng konti lang

*sigh*

but dad contradicts himself...he says that all courses are equally hard...when I said that my groupmates in are in the College of Science and their subjects were probably harder and more important than "just drawing"

I was wallowing in self-pity...little did I realize that it was nearing my monthloy visit...NO WONDER @_@;

anyway...

I can't rant much anymore right now @_@; I have to have a design concept for my elevations...I'm just bummed that there's classs on thursday...

parang ang bilis ng panahon @_@; I can't wait for the 9th *dances* it's finally our acquaintance party :) then the 17th!!!!!!! it's PAI's 18th birthday!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited!!! I have the perfect gift for her!!!! I miss her na so much! I miss the PBK!!!

I feel the need| to break free
